Rebecca Tsui

"I started learning tai chi since 1999. Over the years, I have gotten more and more fascinated by the health benefit and the power of tai chi. There is so much to learn with so little time. I enjoy practicing forms, internal qi and application. If I could, I would love to do nothing but practicing tai chi all day and everyday!"

Rebecca holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and works as a Senior Test Engineer at Avaya, Inc.

"Tai Chi Chuan the 'Supreme Ultimate Boxing', I have come to learn, carries more than its literal translation. It is definitely a way of life which requires serious study (of also oneself) and hard work."

Randy is a research engineer. He has his degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is also employed at the University with the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences.

"In my home country Brazil, I had my first Tai Chi class at age 18. Since then, it has become a very important part of my life. When I moved to Boulder in 1998, it was hard to find a group I could connect with but in 2003 I was introduced to the Gu Feng Tai Chi Club. Because of the Club, my Tai Chi has matured and I have learned essential lessons for improving my life."

"I love Tai Chi. It is good for my mind, my health, my posture, it helps my body relax. Many things strengthen my willingness to practice regularly but, of course, one of the main reasons I practice Tai Chi is that it brings me a lot of happiness!"
